Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations received more than 30 days prior to the conference (on or before June 10, 2023), will incur an administrative fee of $35 CAD. Cancellations received 14 to 30 days prior to the conference will be refunded at 50% of the invoice plus an additional $35 CAD administrative fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received within 14 days of the conference. Cancellations must be received in writing.

- All registrations are subject to the conference Terms and Conditions.
